The fold-up design completely encloses the workpiece and chuck area to help prevent access to hazardous rotating components and reduce the risk of entanglement, struck-by, and pinch-point injuries in accordance with OSHA and ANSI safeguarding expectations.

Built to match your machine's specific table diameter, this rugged guarding system features ANSI-approved Lexan® safety panels, an ergonomic fold-up mechanism, leveling-adjustable support posts, and a durable safety-yellow powder-coated finish for long-term performance in demanding industrial environments. Optional side access doors and lateral door extensions allow operators to maintain productivity while preserving protection.

For enhanced safety performance, the guard can be equipped with hard-switch or RFID interlock systems, as well as the ODIZ RPM Detection Interlock System, which monitors table rotation and prevents guard access until the table has come to a complete stop.
